Contains basic Information about the company, such as name, address, legal form and desired additional information. Since the GRM tool is often used by service departments the offered shared services to various companies, it is of course possible to enter more than just one company. This naturally also holds true for Company Groups which manage various separated legal entities.
Group Administration: Since most, or even all, research institutions have to manage various research groups it is essential to be able to administer those. This module enables the user to administer groups, offering the basic information that is required, such as name of group, group-leader, cost-center, company affiliation, contact information, group code. Due to the fact that most research institutions have many groups, it is of course possible to filter according to the user’s needs.
User Administration: Contains basic information of the users, such as name, telephone number, email, position, start-/end-date, group, company, picture. This basic information is then used for

Rules/Rights Management: The rules manager handles all essential control mechanisms, which basically define “who can do what?”. Since the scientific research community mainly works with sensible data, an immense amount of focus was put on this part of the software.
Programm settings: Just like in the common windows environment, user can change their program settings according to their desired appearances. This module enables the user to change, background, colors and general appearance GRM.
Company Phone Administration:
Contains phone numbers listed in the header of the phone list and is available to all users. This simplifies the process of researching dial-throughs.
